In 2007 Apranga Group has implemented the biggest expansion program in
company's history. Apranga Group has opened 25 new stores, 6 stores were
rearranged or reconstructed, and 7 were closed. The trading area has increased
by 15 thousand sq. m., and investments totalled almost LTL 40 million (EUR 11.5
million) during 2007.

Apranga Group plans to reach LTL 580 million (EUR 168 million) retail chain
turnover (including VAT) in 2008, or by 32.6% more, than in 2007. Apranga Group
plans retail chain turnover increase by 29% to LTL 372 million (EUR 108
million) in Lithuania. It is expected the foreign share of the retail turnover
will increase by 40% and will reach LTL 208 million (EUR 60 million).

The main preconditions for achievement of planned sales by opinion of Apranga
Group are: the results of aggressive expansion in 2007, the planned chain
expansion in 2008, anticipated further apparel market growth in Baltic Sates
(though by 40% slower), unlikely appearance of new major participants of the
apparel market in Baltic States.

Apranga Group plans to earn LTL 39.5 million (EUR (11.4 million) consolidated
profit before taxes in 2008.

Apranga Group plans to open 17 new stores in 2008 and additional 17 new sores
in 1st quarter of 2009. The major investments will be directed to Vilnius
retail chain expansion. Apranga Group will open 3 new stores in Vilnius
shopping centre Akropolis, 9 in Vilnius shopping centre Panorama, and 2 in the
city centre.

The activity results of Apranga Group in 2007, as well as plans for 2008 and
projects for 2009 - 2010, are in line with the strategic goal to reach LTL 1
billion (EUR 290 million) retail turnover in 2010.

Currently Apranga Group runs 83 stores, 55 of which in Lithuania, 23 in Latvia,
and 5 in Estonia. The total area of the stores is 54 thousand sq. m.
