Zara, Bershka, and Pull and Bear concepts belong to the world leader of
clothing retail Inditex. Inditex Group is expanding 8 independent chain
concepts: Zara, Kiddy's Class, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka,
Stradivarius, Oysho, and Zara Home. Currently, Inditex has shops in as many as
66 world countries. Zara chain manages 1044 shops in 65 countries, Bershka —
457 shops in 29 countries, and Pull and Bear — 462 shops in 32 countries.
Apranga Group is opening Zara, Bershka, and Pull and Bear shops according to a
franchise contract with Inditex and is currently operating the network of 18
shops in the Baltic States. In 2007, 3 Zara, 4 Bershka, and 3 Pull and Bear
shops were opened.

At the same time, a 630 sq. m. youth shop Aprangos Galerija is opening post
reconstruction in the centre of Panevezys. This is the largest Aprangos
Galerija chain shop in Lithuania that offers such youth brands as Miss Sixty,
Energie, Blend of America, Jack&Jones, s.Oliver, Morgan, and Broadway. The
youth chain managed by Apranga Group consists of 18 shops in the Baltic States.

“In 2006, the youth chain was the fastest growing chain according to turnover
and growth rates remain as high this year. The youth segment is especially
sensitive to changes in fashion, therefore it is appealing to our Group”,
General Director of Apranga Group Rimantas Perveneckas said.

Currently, Apranga Group is managing the chain of 78 shops in the Baltic
States: 54 in Lithuania, 21 in Latvia, and 3 in Estonia, the total area of
which amounts to 48 thousand sq. m. During this year alone, Apranga Group has
already opened 22 new shops, and — in order to ensure effective operation -
reconstructed 3 and closed 6 shops. During the period of 7 months in 2007, the
turnover of the retail chain of the Group amounted to LTL 219.2 million (or
54.1% more than during the same period of the previous year). The turnover of
Apranga Group chain in Lithuania for the period of 7 months of 2007 amounted to
LTL 146 million (increase amounting to 58.4% in comparison to 2006), in Latvia
— to LTL 53 million (increase amounting to 46.9% in comparison to 2006), and in
Estonia — LTL 20.2 million (increase amounting to 44.5% in comparison to 2006).
