On approval of company’s conditions of reorganization
Board meeting of APB Apranga held on July 14, 2006, has decided:
1. To approve draft of conditions of reorganization;
2. To authorize general manager of Apranga APB Rimantas Perveneckas
to announce about prepared conditions of reorganization, to inform
company’s creditors about prepared conditions of reorganization, and
submit conditions of reorganization to the Registry of Legal
Entities, as required by Law on Companies of Republic of Lithuania.
Conditions of reorganization are available for familiarization at
Apranga APB registered office from July 18, 2006 till August 22,
2006 on business days from 1 p.m. till 4 p.m
