Apranga Group turnover in February 2006

The turnover of Apranga Group, the leader in the retail
clothing market, made LTL 16604 thousand (EUR 4809 thousand)
in February 2006 increasing by 34.5% comparing to the same
period last year. In January through February 2006 the
turnover of Apranga Group chain reached LTL 38258 thousand
(EUR 11080 thousand) growing by 39.2% or LTL 10767 thousand
(EUR 3118 thousand). The turnover of Apranga Group chain in
Latvia grew by 54.1%, as well as by 35.3% and 34.7% in
Estonia and Lithuania, respectively.

Apranga Group in consequently developing systems of 5
different types of shops: economic (“Apranga”), business
(“City”), youth, luxury and “Zara”. The turnover of “Apranga”
shops rose by 37.4% in January through February 2006, and by
32.4% of business shops (“City”), by 30.4% of youth shops,
by 26% of luxury shops and by 57.1% of “ZARA” chain.

Apranga Group has opened already two new shops this year.
The Hugo Boss shop, the largest in northern Europe, opened up
in Vilnius, and the Bershka chain shop, the first in the
Baltic States, was set up in Klaipėda.

Bershka shop chain for youth is developed by Apranga Group
under the franchise contract signed with Inditex Group (Spain)
in February. Bershka is the second largest shop chain, after
Zara, developed by Inditex Group. Bershka shops will be set
up in Vilnius and Kaunas this year as well.

Apranga Group claims to open a Hugo Boss shop in Kaunas
Laisves alley in August. The 2006 plans of Apranga Group
include over 20 new shops.

Currently, Apranga Group is running a chain of 51 shop. In
2005, the turnover of Apranga Group totalled to LTL 200.8
million (EUR 58.2 million), 47% more than in 2004, earning
the profit before taxes of LTL 11.1 million (EUR 3.2
million), 52% more than in 2004.

The Group belongs to the concern MG Baltic.
